An exciting opportunity for a experienced Production Manager / Project Manager who is looking to join a small team running a global online business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Owner and Senior Management team to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. The Production manager will be responsible for managing internal communications between the Customer services / Technical Development and Business Development verticals. All projects undertaken are for internal use so there is no need for client interaction. A great change for someone looking to get out of a corporate environment.

Role Includes
- Day to Day management of in-house projects.
- Task and Resource allocation of development team.
- Report status on a regular basis to the Senior Management.
- provide strong leadership and engender high morale.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of / past experience in front and back end development.
- Knowledge and interest in web 2.0 / Online Social Networking and mashups.
- Exceptional people and communication skills.
- Thorough understanding and practical application of Project Management methodologies.
- 7+ Years experience as a senior project/delivery manager.
